What will a day in this role look like:

• Lead our Highways Team culture, performance, client and projects!
• Work with an industry leading team on a broad range of city-shaping infrastructure projects.
• Influence and lead strategy development and execution to achieve business success
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients/customers.
• Lead change and productivity as we continue our digital delivery journey

What are we looking for from you?

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with 15 years + relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a highways design capacity and meeting delivery requirements
• Knowledge of the market for consulting services
• Strong client focus with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.
