About the role:
A fantastic opportunity is on offer. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Operations Manager (a newly created role), Reporting to the Head of National Field Operations, to join us in WA. Leading a team of seven Business Managers, your primary role will be to engage and inspire your team to execute our National Retail strategy and other key deliverables across the WA region. Other deliverables will include commercial targets, merchandise initiatives, people, and safety metrics and other operational KPI’s. As an experienced people leader your value add will be through coaching and mentoring your team to drive high performance and consistency across their roles.
This role is broad in scope, with opportunities to grow your career and truly make an impact. Our head office is in Jandakot, with 60% of the role being on the road, and 40% in office/remote working. We offer a car fuel allowance as part of the overall package.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a safety-first culture for the respective region.
- People leadership to meet/ exceed key metrics and instore standards, succession plan development and constant capability uplift of team.
- Proactive drive cost control initiatives, seeking positive operational outcomes.
- Ensure P&L Accountability across the Territory.
- Successful execution of retail initiatives, promotional programs, and customer offerings.
About you:
You are an Inspiring Retail Professional, who has a demonstrated track record in leadership and driving strong performance across Retail networks. You bring high energy and as a people person you can build trust and relationships easily. You are focused on driving a high-performance team culture and add value through your problem-solving abilities, being able to lead people through complex scenarios to execute effectively.
Experience and skills required:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant business experience
- Multi-site management, team leadership and retail experience are essential
- P&L Financial reporting experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
