We are now seeking a Business Support Administration Officer to join our Business Support Administration Team based in Perth with the potential of working from home on some days.

Accountable to the Administration Supervisor this role is responsible for offering administration support to our Australian operations.


Accountabilities:

  • Provide a professional and efficient administrative service to the region (Perth office, Sunrise Dam and Tropicana gold mines)
  • Document Control work for various departments when required
  • Assist with event organising where required
  • Agenda setups for meetings and minute taking when required
  • Updating of workgroups and relevant MS Teams groups
  • Managing a shared inbox
  • Site mobilisation and compliance set up for contractors and new staff where required
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties where required


About You

  • Previous experience in a similar corporate based administration role
  • Demonstrable experience in site mobilisation and compliances
  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task efficiently without prompts
  • A positive, proactive can-do attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Existing and ongoing permanent Australian working rights
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
