In Australia we own and manage the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and the Tropicana Gold Mine (70% AGA owned 30% Regis Resources). These are two of Western Australia’s premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.

We are seeking a highly passionate, collaborative, and driven Administrator: Human Resources to join our People and Capability team in the Corporate Perth office.

Reporting to the Director: Human Resources, this role supports the coordination of onboarding activities for new employees, supports the management of the Human Resources Information System and provides administrative and transactional processes in addition to providing support to the Talent Acquisition team and broader People & Capability function.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, setting up payroll profiles, processing contract changes, and actioning employee terminations and offboarding.
  • Draft, prepare and assist in the development of HR documentation and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the broader P&C team, contributing to various P&C projects.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and induction processes as required.
  • Partner with the global systems team to promptly identify, resolve, and troubleshoot HRIS system errors, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of people systems, initiatives, and policies.


About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT, Systems, Project Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Previous experience in an administration or HR support role
  • Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills along with excellent attention to detail.
  • Permanent work rights in Australia
  • Current C class Manual Driver’s License.
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
