As the P&C Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), you will play a crucial role in supporting an Executive Steering Committee member at Aristocrat. Whilst typical EA tasks such as diary and travel coordination are expected to be executed seamlessly, the predominant focus for your time each week will be on project support, team engagement, and follow-up. Your role is pivotal in enhancing team collaboration and advancing significant projects within our People-First culture.

What You'll Do

  • Project Support: Take a proactive role in both strategic and BAU projects, demonstrating independence and teamwork. Additionally, contribute to People and Culture initiatives by participating in projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent development, and organisational culture.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a key contact point between the CPCO and other departments, enhancing communication and alignment across Aristocrat. Ensuring at all times you act as a brand ambassador for the CPCO and P&C function.
  • Confidential Communication: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and manage communications with appropriate urgency and privacy.
  • Flexibility: Given the nature of the CPCO role and global organisation this role will both provide a level of flexibility but also require a level of flexibility in when work gets done
  • Document Preparation: High quality minutes focused on actions with appropriate follow up as well as Assist in crafting reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Steering Committee (ESC), coordination the collation of such documents for the CPCO
  • Diary Management: Your role involves efficiently organizing the CPCO's schedule, prioritizing commitments to ensure optimal time utilization, and preparing necessary materials for meetings. Additionally, you'll proactively reschedule appointments and anticipate when time needs to be set aside for completion of key tasks that may be required for meeting preparation or as part of other CPCO deliverables.
  • Travel and Expenses: Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reconciliations meticulously.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Oversee the logistics of global meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring every detail supports our mission and values.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CPCO.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven track record working outside the typical boundaries of an EA or coordinator type role.
  • 10+ years' experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact constructively with all organisational levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and adaptability in interactions with stakeholders, embodying the values and ethos of Aristocrat’s People and Culture.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling confidential information and complex logistical matters.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working across various time zones in a complex, global organisation.
  • Strong passion for and/or prior experience working in People and Culture (P&C) departments, with a keen understanding of the intricacies and importance of human resources functions in organizational success.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a large, publicly-listed company, preferably ASX100.
