Sales Manager
What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
Build, guide, and inspire a team of BDEs to consistently exceed sales and distribution objectives
Cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with Aristocrat’s Values
Lead structured activities including sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team alignment and motivation
Oversee the team’s efforts in maximizing customer coverage and developing meaningful, long-term relationships
Actively participate in key account management, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning to meet customer needs
Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate customer details, engagement plans, and account strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor strategies, products, and campaigns
Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue and market share
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
Brings extensive experience in sales and a track record of people management success.
Has outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire and engage.
Is commercially savvy with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces innovation.
Bonus points for gaming industry experience—but it’s not essential!
A natural ability to develop relationships and connect with stakeholders at all levels.
