To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Land Access Process Officer to join our team.

The Role: Reporting to theProcess & Performance Manager , purpose of the role is to ensure compliance with financial payment obligations arising from land access agreements and to facilitate effective planning and reporting of project costs associated with land access.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required.

In addition, you will:

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
  • Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
  • Facilitate compensation payments within agreed time frames in order to deliver on Arrow's contractual obligations to Landholders.
  • Generate forecasts for lifecycle land access compensation payments, as well as department and project costs, to support efficient cost management, budgeting, and project valuation.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in systems used by Land, Approvals & Groundwater.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of land access data to monitor functional performance against strategic objectives and provide assurance of process controls.
  • Assist and undertake business improvement initiatives within Land, Approvals & Groundwater.

About You

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or professional certification in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business, or project management).
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills with the ability to manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Experience in finance, accounts payable, project cost control, or related roles that demonstrate an understanding of financial management and compliance processes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to shared goals while fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Highly organised and proactive with excellent administrative and time management skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks and obligations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in contributing to process improvement or business enhancement projects, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Resource industry experience is desirable.
