About the Opportunity

New permanent opportunity based in Osborne, SA. Supporting an experienced payroll team you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll for ASC Pty Ltd employees. Working within a fast paced environment requiring strict adherence to processing and reporting timelines. Attention to detail accompanied by compliance with legislation and ASC policies is paramount to the continued success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of fortnightly time cards
  • Day to day payroll activities and inquiries
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Delivery of efficient customer service to all stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure processes meet governance standards and business requirements.
  • Maintenance of the Payroll systems ensuring system integrity is maintained and employee details are accurately recorded.
  • Maintenance of IFS (Time Card System) and ensuring accuracy of time card/payroll data.

About you

  • Experience in providing quality support within a Finance/People and Culture environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure with resilience while maintaining agreed service levels and standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive, can do attitude with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • CHRIS21, Microsoft Office skills.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
