About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Operations Manager to join our team at Osborne SA! Reporting to the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Talent Acquisition, the Recruitment Operations Manager will develop, implement and support the operational recruitment strategy and execution. This role operates under the People and Culture structure, providing dedicated proactive and innovative recruitment services.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on operational recruitment for ASC’s Multi-Class programs ensuring current and immediate needs are met and that the operational strategy is aligned with ASC’s corporate goals and the needs of the individual business units.
  • Ensure the recruitment strategy is linked to organisational and operational outcomes and is clearly understood by the recruitment team.
  • Proactively manage recruitment operational activities in line with ASC’s policies and procedures and as per the People and Culture Operating model.
  • Work closely with P&C, Talent Aquisition team, Project teams and other key stakeholders to drive proactive outcomes.
  • Provide your team with the tools to reach their professional goals and encourage employee contribution and accountability.
  • Ensure all recruitment advice provided is in line with policy/procedure, relevant legislation and industry best practice.
  • Build on the trust and confidence in the Recruitment Operations Team to deliver best practice outcomes and engagement in the ASC brand.
  • Ensure that managers and employees understand the role of the Recruitment Business Partners’ and Candidate Management Advisors’ and how proactive recruitment strategies can assist in the achievement of business outcomes.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a high-volume recruitment service model covering labour categories at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate team members, providing an environment where they can excel in their roles.
  • Experience in developing a wide variety of recruitment strategies to suit various business needs.
  • Ability to develop reporting suites, drive team member compliance and draw inferences from the statistics in presenting refined updates to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, PageUp (or similar ATS) and other common tools of the trade.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
