About the Opportunity
ASC are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Development Facilitation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation, and evaluation of organisational development programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation
Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate learning and development programs, including induction, leadership development, talent development programs and other employee development initiatives.
- Design and implement team building programs and other group processes to improve team performance and alignment.
- Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder engagement and other diagnostic activities to identify gaps and opportunities for development within the organisation.
- Partner with leaders and the wider P&C team to identify areas of opportunity for improvement within the organisation and develop strategies and interventions to address them.
- Utilise a variety of assessment tools to help leaders and teams gain insights into their leadership styles, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching, feedback and support to leaders and employees on personal and professional development.
- Provide support for leaders to create psychologically safe work environments, setting objectives and development goals for their personal and professional growth and that of their teams.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of organisational development initiatives and towards creating people-centred leaders and culture change.
- Role model ASC values, leadership behaviours and expectations.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Organisational Development, Business administration or related field and/or extensive experience in facilitation, preferably in a large, complex technical organisation.
- Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and practices, including change management, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Vast experience designing and delivering training programs and facilitating group processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a national team.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
