Aurelia Metals Limited (ASX: AMI) (‘Aurelia’) is an Australian gold and base metals mining and exploration company. We own and operate two underground mines and processing facility in New South Wales (NSW) and have an enviable portfolio of organic growth prospects in the region.

Our Peak Mine comprises several underground polymetallic (gold, lead, zinc, copper, and silver) and an 800 thousand tonnes per annum (ktpa) processing plant. The Mine is located in the northern Cobar Basin in western NSW, a short distance from the historical town of Cobar.

Where You'll Work

Our peaceful Peak Mine Site, located just 8 km from Cobar, offers a serene yet empowering environment. We support relocation to this charming area and understand the need for work-life balance.

The Role

As an integral part of our Mining Operation teams, our trucker operators ensure haulage equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a residential role on a rotating 7/7 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an underground haulage truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate recording of information
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean and is available for use at all times
• Complete daily checks on vehicle maintenance and shut down checks
• Actively participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) & Risk Assessments as required
• Actively undertake all training required in your role as well as any training to upskill you in line with your development plan

About You

• Behaviour consistent with Aurelia Metals Values
• Current unencumbered ‘C’ Class Driver’s License
• Ability to work in an Underground environment
• Previous experience in operating heavy equipment
• Security Clearance (UHL)
• NSW Work Safely at Heights Certificate or ability to obtain
