About the Role

Looking for an innovative workspace? We are looking for innovative thinker with a background in asset management who thrives in a process driven environment to join our Strategic Asset Management Department.

You will work in a close-knit team, empowered to own Asset Management Information System (AMIS) tasks and refine processes. You will support the smooth running of data capture of underground assets, ensuring information is recorded accurately for accessibility by a broad number of stakeholders.

In this role you will be vital in supporting our Strategy 2030 outcomes. Your work in developing a standardised approach to data acquisition, data quality assurance, and data maintenance will create a strong foundation in supporting our asset management analytics capabilities in data driven solutions.

You will work with a variety of asset register and mapping programs, such as AutoCAD, QGIS and Maximo, and will enjoy working in a systemised, process focused setting. You will provide advice through effective communication to a diverse range of external stakeholders

About you

We are looking for someone who has a passion for data management, process governance as well as growth mindset. As someone who enjoys problems solving to identify practical solutions, you will have excellent attention to detail and capable of facilitating change by automating repetitive tasks.

You are a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and can influence and engage others. Working as part of a team, you can also work autonomously contributing to the overall team goals and can build strong ongoing relationships across all levels of the business and key stakeholders.

Your past exposure to AutoCAD or other spatial software will be supported by experience in administrative roles as you seek to apply best practice principles to the team.
