About the role

The Otway Treatment Coordinator, based in our Otway region, serves is a vital role within the Infrastructure Operations department. As a respected leader, you will provide operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team who are responsible for ongoing compliance that ensure the region has access to safe drinking water and a secure water future. This will be key in delivering a healthier environment along with value and affordability as set out in our Strategy 2030.

You’ll apply best practice and applying your knowledge and experience of process optimisation, effectively monitoring treatment systems, you will drive continuous improvement and delivery of strategic projects for our assets in the Otway region.

With your effective leadership and team building skills, you’ll support and empower a team of experienced, high performing and dynamic operators who bring innovative solutions to complex problem. Through your leadership, the team will continue to grow and flourish in their careers.
