Position Overview:
BGIS is currently seeking a motivated Facilities Supervisor to join our team at the Defence Base in Potts Point, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and compliant with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of facilities technicians and support staff
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work
  • Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Manage procurement of necessary supplies and equipment
  • Ensure timely response to emergencies and critical incidents
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to address specific needs and requests


  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems
  • Valid driver's license
