Facilities Manager (Soft Services)

As the Facilities Manager (Soft Services), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of soft services within our clients’ facilities. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and other non-technical services. Your role is crucial in ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment for our client’s guests.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Implement effective waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with waste disposal vendors and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee landscaping and groundskeeping activities to create a visually appealing and safe outdoor environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for landscaping services.
- Implement proactive pest control measures to maintain a pest-free environment.
- Respond promptly to any pest-related issues and coordinate with pest control service providers.
- Develop and manage budgets for soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all soft services activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in integrated services and as Facilities Manager or similar role, with a focus on soft services and delivering exceptional customer service for.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate cost-conscious decision-making.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in Facilities Management is a plus.
