Are you a highly organized and adaptable professional with a passion for delivering exceptional project outcomes? BGIS is seeking a Project Support Coordinator (PSC) to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery while ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position offers a hybrid work arrangement (4 days on-site, 1 day off), supporting a government client in a location with close proximity to public transport.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure works and services are completed within project timeframes, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer advocacy and service.
  • Maintain compliance with contractual obligations, BGIS business systems, and OHS&E policies.
  • Provide document control and quality oversight of BGIS-managed projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client processes.
  • Manage program documentation, capture project milestones, and maintain the Actions and Prospects register to support client forecasting and program planning.
  • Serve as the quality gatekeeper for project documentation while collaborating with Program Directors, Transition, Mobilisation & Commissioning Managers, and other teams.
  • Assist in delivering a seamless customer experience from project inception to handover.
What You'll Need

We’re looking for candidates with a blend of essential experience, skills, and a proactive approach:

Essential Knowledge/Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in facilities management and project delivery.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to produce and maintain rolling programs of works.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with QA, WHS, and environmental management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management capabilities with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Power BI, and other data capture tools.
Desirable Knowledge/Experience:
  • Strong client service/management skills.
  • Experience in client transition/integration activities.
  • Technical knowledge of asset management frameworks.
  • Process development and analytical skills.
  • Operational knowledge of BGIS systems (2+ years preferred).
Qualifications:
  • Essential: None required.
  • Desirable:
    • TAFE Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant trade (studying or recently completed).
    • Knowledge of HSEQ policies and procedures.
