About the Role

This is an 8/6 day shift only position is located in the Northern Pilbara based at Yarrie. It is a FIFO position in and out of Perth.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Supervisor to join our Rehabilitation Operations team covering activities across the Goldsworthy region. This teams purpose is to supervise, coach and develop local businesses contracted to undertake the rehabilitation works around Yarrie.

As a Supervisor you’ll oversee safe behaviour in earthmoving activity, assist in planning future work areas, provide coaching to contract business partners to assist with capability uplift and ensure risk governance and controls are effectively managed.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Supervisory experience in a mining and civil earth-works environment
  • Contractor supervision experience
  • Team development and coaching history
  • Working with Traditional Owners knowledge and skills
  • Experience in Independent management of small projects would be beneficial
  • A Quarry Manager qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Sound knowledge of technology applications
  • Contractor Management, developing KPIs and risk management implementation
