About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, collaborative business where you'll work alongside experienced Wealth Advisers and Financial Planners across the country, providing essential support to our client advisory team.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality support and technical assistance to our Associate team in the implementation of financial advice.
- Review and verify the accuracy, compliance, and alignment of Statements of Advice (SOAs) related to insurance changes with client needs and company standards.
- Uphold compliance standards throughout the advice process to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on client applications, redemptions, switches, review materials, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client information within XPLAN.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally, delivering a warm and personalised service experience.
- Assist Financial Advisers by managing files and supporting pre- and post-meeting preparation, ensuring they are well-organised, informed, and efficient in their roles.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
About you:
To thrive in this role, you will have prior experience within Financial Planning or a similar Client Services position, combined with a passion for building a career in Financial Services. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires the ability to build rapport with Advisers both in-person and virtually.
We are also seeking applicants with the following attributes:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Client Service Administrator role or similar.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes, current compliance and financial planning principals, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset to review financial documents and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Proven initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., XPLAN)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
