Job Description

What you'll do

The salary for this position is between $73,000 - $83,000 including superannuation.

  • Assist the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Drive awareness of Publift’s products and services through multi-channel campaigns, including social media, website content, advertising, events, sponsorships, and podcasts.
  • Coordinate the creation and management of content for website and social media growth, working closely with the SEO team to boost organic traffic.
  • Lead the production of video marketing content, from script development to full execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Conduct and analyse market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities, helping to shape future marketing efforts for new and existing products and services.
  • Design and implement email marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads, as well as foster customer retention.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining Publift’s brand identity through messaging and visual assets.
  • Enhance conversion rates by optimising the quality and volume of leads generated via the website, and by creating marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer testimonials to support the sales team.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Broad understanding of the online advertising ecosystem or eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Track record in identifying key targets and consumers
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe suite or Canva.
