About the role

Salary range : $134,593.00 - $157,355.00 plus super (Fixed term 12 mths )

  • Help drive optimal decision making through the provision of financial and commercial support, analysis, and direction to key stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations on the drivers of financial performance, product line development and profitability.
  • Coach business customers in financial knowledge and business acumen to drive improved performance and to develop their understanding of the commercial implications of decision making.
  • Educate and influence as a subject matter expert on strategic financial issues. 
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business cases, and review post implementation performances.
  • In the capacity as a trusted adviser, free up roadblocks in finance processes to assist the business in achieving its deliverables.
  • Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to monitor, analyse and report financial performance
  • Deliver the preparation of budgets and forecasts through deep collaboration with business customers.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the broader Finance team and people business partners to bring value add outputs to business customers.
  • Interpret the Cenitex enterprise strategy and business requirements to develop inputs into the Finance strategy and drive transformational change in line with that strategy
  •  Any other duties as reasonably directed by Cenitex.

To succeed in the role, you will have experience with the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or business
  • Previous experience providing commercial and financial support within a IT services company or CIO office will be highly regarded.
  • CPA or CA essential
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, ideally in a business partnering model.
