YOUR ROLE

• AM shift (7am – 3pm) OR PM shift (3pm - 11pm) Mon-Fri available

As a Team Leader within our 3PL warehouse at Erskine Park NSW, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
• Coach, support and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, especially safety.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations (3PL preferred), including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:

• Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
• Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
• Bonus: forklift licence

In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
