Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. Clough currently has an opportunity for an experiencedHSE Training Administratorto join Project Ceres. This role will work within the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) project team and assist the team and the HSSE Manager with their administrative tasks.


This role will be a Full-time 20:8 roster, FIFO from Perth, or other major capital cities, or DIDO from Karratha and surrounding region.

Your focus will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings
  • Inputting site authorizations, attendance sheets, and managing course closures and certificates.
  • Maintaining HSSE records and information in various databases and programs.
  • Training, support and administer the use of the company HSSE Event Database by Project personnel.
  • Collating and develop periodic HSSE Performance Reports and Presentations
  • Coordinating HSSE training courses/workshops/meetings for the project
  • Providing administrative support to Emergency Response teams as required


What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Experience in MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.


While not essential a tertiary Health and Safety qualification would be advantageous as it may provide a pathway to someone who wants to step up into a HSSE Advisor position in future.
