We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our project procurement team delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility! This role will be based in our site office in Darwin, on a 15 days on, 6 days off roster or Monday to Friday for Darwin locals.

Clough in a joint venture with BMD have been awarded by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.

Your focus will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services

  • Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize excess inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand

  • Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, while also promoting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain

What you will bring to the team:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a track record of strategic leadership and supply chain optimisation

  • Exposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and develop actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and performance

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices
