Senior Engineering Manager
Join our team as a Senior Engineering Manager to work on large infrastructure projects. Ideally you will have both Transmission Line and Substations experience, however experience in one of those areas is essential.

Your focus will include:
- Support engineering on projects, including assigning key personnel and undertaking peer reviews/audits.
- Support the delivery of technically acceptable engineering services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough’s business needs.
- Leading engineering’s contribution to business development initiatives (including client relationships).
- Identify gaps within the engineering group’s capability and make recommendations.
- Manage of external designers for checking production and economical submissions
- Ensure design engineers are briefed on scope of work, contractual matters, design organisation, project schedule and change control.
- Provide coordination, liaison, and communication to ensure the overall group function is fully effective both withing the function and with other company divisions.
What you will bring to the team:
- 10+ year experience in a similar Engineering position
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. BSc Eng).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) – preferred.
- Membership of relevant Engineering Institutions (e.g. Engineers Australia) – preferred.
