We’re looking for an experienced and passionate content specialist to join our Content Chapter for one year fixed term parental cover. You’ll be responsible for designing user-focussed, digital content for our loyalty programme customers across web, app and email. This role is part of our Customer Experience Practice, which includes our content, design and UX research teams.
You’ll be joining a fun and supportive team that celebrates unique perspectives, successes as well as failures (or “fail yays” as we like to call them), and learning and development. We also like to have a laugh, share food inspo, and connect together online and in person.
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:

Designing and delivering content across the customer lifecycle for our loyalty programme, including user flows for sign up and onboarding

Driving awareness of and engagement with our loyalty programme across web, app and email

Creating content plans, wireframes and message hierarchies to deliver the right content at the right time

Writing clear and task-focussed product content that guides customers

Actively seeking out content opportunities to optimise and improve the loyalty experience

Using data and user insights to inform decisions and measure content performance

Advocating for content best practice to ensure content is accessible, useable and discoverable

Collaborating with designers, product owners and developers to design the best solutions for customers

Have strong communication skills and can persuade and influence stakeholders, especially when it comes to advocating for customers
