THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about driving change and making a meaningful impact? We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a 12 month fixed term basis, playing a pivotal role in shaping CS Energy's Future Energy strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives.
  • Integrate change management activities within project plans.
  • Provide coaching on change management principles and methodology.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of change strategies.
  • Promote a positive change culture within CS Energy.

 To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline (Prosci certification desirable).
  • 5 years of generalist experience in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
