The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Supply Chain Planning Banksia Operational Readiness Lead to join our Supply Planning team at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Head of Site Planning, you will lead all planning master data and site supply planning requirements for the Banksia project. You will provide oversight of the site's production planning processes to ensure the site delivers quality product on time and in full to our customers and patients.

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our Broadmeadows site.

The Role

  • Lead in the development and deployment of the Planning master data requirements to allow execution of the Filling and Packing commissioning and qualification batches to support a successful regulatory submission and manufacturing launch.
  • Guide collaboration with the Seqirus Project Teams to achieve important project deliverables.
  • Provide operational planning input and manage stakeholder review of the PFS/PNS production planning design through to and beyond manufacturing launch.
  • Lead site scheduling activities required to support the monthly planning cycle and reporting of planning cycle outcomes at various business lead forums.
  • Influence and lead across business functional groups to facilitate issue resolution and drive supply priorities.
  • Maintain and prepare business scenarios for scheduling to support key business decisions that could affect the Site Operational Plan or customer requirements, to allow educated decision making.

Your skills and experience

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant business or scientific discipline. Preferred Postgraduate / industry qualification (eg MBA, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS).
  • 5+ years' experience within a manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge and skills in SAP system.
  • An understanding of the principles of inventory management and control.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Sales and Operations Planning.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to manage several ongoing projects.
