ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Relationship Manager you will provide exceptional customer service and build relationships and connections with a set portfolio of customers to ensure client retention. You'll also uncover opportunities for volume, unit, and product growth within the existing customer base, and provide insights to help your clients run their fleets efficiently and safely. This role is fully remote.

As a Relationship Manager, you will make a difference through –

  • Conducting regular strategic reviews to create value for the client (insight generation and action) and uncover growth opportunities (we have amazing technology and data to help you with this)
  • Helping customers understand Custom Fleet's products and technology
  • Championing commercial excellence with salesforce and account planning disciplines to build productivity and effectiveness
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for prospective clients
  • Proactively managing Account Replacement Plans and Vehicle Optimisations (Modifications)
  • Working collaboratively with customers to develop and agree on an Account Plan which will define what success looks like for each customer in 12, 24 and 36 months

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in securing a role with our crew it’s likely you’ll come with experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales including the ability to understand the customer and address their needs
  • Financial acumen with experience communicating at the CFO level of targeted large private and public prospects
  • Experience in deal structuring and resolution of delinquency matters
  • Able to overcome obstacles and solve complex business/customer problems
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound time management & ability to prioritise work
  • Team player with the ability to connect and engage with all levels in the business
