CAD Draftsperson Land Development (Senior Role)

The Opportunity
DCE has an opportunity for a Senior CAD Draftsperson with demonstrable experience as outlined in the essential skills below.
The successful applicant will enjoy providing technical drawing support on a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.
Reporting to the CAD Manager you will assist the wider design group with the drafting of 12d design outputs and the creation of engineering plans to both authority and DCE presentation standards.
You will enjoy working collaboratively with the design engineers and undertake drawing revisions as required.
Leading from the front you will use your experience and initiative to oversee and develop junior drafters.
You will be an active participant in round table discussions promoting best practice and technical improvement. Ensuring the CAD teams continuous growth and development.

About You
Essential Skills & Experience
With 4+ years' experience you will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD™ in a civil consulting environment (2D)
- Completed an AutoCAD™ Course
- Microsoft Office skills to an intermediate level
- A critical thinker who is detail oriented
- Motivated and a team player
This role is for someone who is passionate about drafting, the preparation of 2D CAD plans and is also keen to progress within our CAD team.
