Our Power & Energy business has an opportunity for an experienced Zero Harm Advisor to join an exciting established project in Roma, Queensland . Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the project and deliver expert health & safety advice and undertake safety observations, toolbox and pre-start talks, risk assessments, reporting and practical support to the business.

ABOUT YOU

• Hold a qualification in Work, Health and Safety, with a QSA auditor certificate and/or training & assessment qualifications would be highly advantageous
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement Zero Harm policies, procedures and improvement plans, ensure compliance and complete incident investigations (ICAM or Tap Root)
• A strategic approach to safety with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders and working with them to help in achieving both project and corporate objectives
• A self-starter who is motivated, resilient and passionate about Zero Harm and able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation
• Previous experience in FIFO on construction or heavy industrial projects in Oil & Gas across SMP and E&I scopes
