Due to the growth in securing and delivering large-scale substations, we have an opportunity for a Civil Supervisor . Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination and supervision of team members and equipment, in terms of time, cost and quality.

ABOUT YOU

• Cert III or Cert IV in Civil Construction or equivalent plus two years’ experience working as Supervisor preferably with experience in the construction of substations).
• Delivery of contractual requirements of work crews within agreed budgets
• Understand project budget in details of cost code structure (CBS), quantities and understanding of breakdown into plant, materials, labour, and subcontract.
• Site supervision in terms of quality, timeliness and compliance and efficient organisation and supervision of people, plant and machinery resources
• Planning works and arranging resources and material required for jobs.
• Liaise with Management to ensure all activities/schedules are adhered to.

This position is a FIFO / DIDO Site based role with a site uplift of 15%. The roster is 10 days on and 4 days off with a daily LAHA allowance of $275 (tax free)
