We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our team. This position reports to the Trans-Tasman Contract Manager and is responsible for the management/governance and delivery of the hard and soft services for the associated sites in QLD, NSW and NT.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will take full accountability for the delivery of all Downer related activity within the client premises and the coordination/completion of all assigned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks where applicable to ensure all contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and other contractual requirements are achieved.
