About Easy Agile
Easy Agile is an Australian founded bootstrapped start-up. We have four products built on top of Atlassian’s flagship product Jira, sold via the Atlassian Marketplace. Profitable from year 1, we are on a truly unique journey with an emphasis on work/family/community/self balance, while growing a high-performing team. Due to our extremely fortunate position, we are driven by giving back to our community and our people - enabling our people to live the lives they only dreamed of.
Our HQ is in Wollongong and we have an office in Sydney, but you can find us scattered along the coast anywhere from Brighton to Tweed Heads. We offer flexible working, so you can be based anywhere in Australia! We optimise for collaboration and connection face to face as a team each quarter.
We believe that being agile is a mindset, and that true agility unlocks a team’s potential to be happier at work, have more impact in the solutions they’re building, and be more focused on their customer’s success! That’s why our purpose is to help organisations realise the benefits of being agile. We’re proud to call over 1,900 companies our customers, including Netflix, Harvard, Amazon, Lego, Mercedes and Twitter.
About the role:
As Easy Agile’s Head of Partnerships, you will build on the foundations of our partner program and evolve a handful of early experimental mutual success plans into a formidable partner program that accelerates growth in our partner channel.
Reporting into our COO, you will take ownership of the partnerships strategy to help us build a sustainably profitable business through global Solution Partners, guide an incredibly passionate team of Partner Managers and be the first people leader at Easy Agile to shape the foundation of a globally distributed team.
We are a product led business with an opportunity to develop an effective and scalable approach to global partnerships. We will grow a sustainably profitable business with key geographic partners, creating a more effective and more profitable partnerships operation. The Partnerships team will pair closely with our Customer Experience and Marketing pillars, ensuring our partner channel can support tens of thousands of agile teams around the world and accelerate their journey towards greater agility.
There is further opportunity to develop relationships and agreements with other app marketplace partners. The Partnerships team will work closely with our Product team to identify and pursue strategic ‘better together’ opportunities.
Additionally, your team is accountable for navigating and getting the most out of our key strategic partnership with Atlassian, representing Easy Agile at the Atlassian Marketplace Advisory Council and plugging in the right folks to the right conversations with Atlassian at the right time.
