Key areas of responsibility for this role include:

• Maintain and operate Caterpillar 3520 and Jenbacher J620 CMM gas reciprocating engines.
• Operate and maintain gas conditioning and associated ancillary plant and equipment.
• Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
• Perform regular inspection and maintenance of above equipment to a high standard.
• Monitor the process to ensure optimum output.
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties.
• Utilise the Maintenance Management and Quality Assurance Systems as part of the daily functions.
• Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations.
• Support and comply with Company policies and procedures as advised and documented in the Company's employment policies as amended from time to time and as directed by Managers/Supervisors.
• Any other duties appropriate to the level and responsibility of the position as required.
  
  We are looking for someone who:
• Holds an Electrical Trade Certificate
• Has previous experience in operating and maintaining large reciprocating engines
• Can work unsupervised in remote environments
• Has troubleshooting and fault finding skills
• Has demonstrated ability to work safely in a small team environment
  
  Current drivers license and First Aid certificate are essential.
