The Director of Professional Services role is accountable for successful operation of the consulting component of Entsia’s Delivery team, providing skilled technical resources for our customers needs. As the backbone of Entsia’s implementation and product configuration capability, the role will be challenged to continually evolve the team into an industry leading work environment, utilising best practice and processes, capable of meeting Entsia’s growing needs both from a capacity and capability perspective. 

The Director of Professional Services plays a pivotal role as a member of Entsia’s leadership team, ensuring collaborating and liaison with the other pillars of Delivery to drive business growth and solidify Entsia’s position as the market leader of integrated insurance distribution solutions. 

 

Responsibilities 

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Provide an active and approachable leadership capacity with accountability for development of Entsia Professional Services teams. 

  • Drive the strategic vision for the delivery of professional services within Entsia to achieve our goals. 

  • Lead work streams and exceeding customer expectations, resulting in high customer satisfaction and retention, which increase and consolidate Entsia’s brand reputation within the industry. 

  • Financial responsibility for the professional services department, managing resources, (including utilisation and pipeline), and effectively managing risk. 

  • Management of strategic financial targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and financial health. 

  • Large scale team management, driving staff retention, engagement, and sustainable company growth. 

  • Coordination and integration of efforts across departments, resulting in cohesive and effective outcomes. 

  • Identify customised and innovative solutions in line with Entsia’s product roadmap to benefit Entsia’s current and future clients. 

  • Identify market changes and informed strategic decision-making, enhancing Entsia's competitive edge. 

  • Continuous development and enforcement of comprehensive quality assurance frameworks to ensure all deliverables exceed the highest standards of excellence. 

 

Skills and Experience 

The role requires the following skills and experience: 

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a Director of Professional Services, Consulting Manager or Practice Management capacity in leading a consulting or professional services role, preferably within the InsureTech or broader technology sector. 

  • Technical knowledge on SDLC. 

  • Proven capability to interact and influence both internally and externally on outcomes. 

  • Exceptional teambuilding and management skills with a demonstrable track record for growth, financial and headcount. 

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills supported by written and oral presentation skills. 

  • Ability to think and execute at a strategical and tactical level where required. 

  • Financial governance and ability to managing and report on division level budgets. 

  • Active contributor to Marketing activities when required. 

  • Demonstrate self-awareness and a willingness to learn and grow whilst demonstrating Entsia’s core values. 

 

We offer hybrid working (50% wfh and 50% in the office on Bridge street CBD).
