About this opportunity:

Ericsson invites you to join our team as a Service Delivery Line Manager. This dynamic role is focused on supporting service sales directly or indirectly through the allocation of our team's resources. As a Service Delivery Line Manager, you will play an essential role in aligning with and understanding our overarching Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools, and Strategies. Safety is paramount in our operations, with all work being carried out within Occupational Health and Safety requirements. This opportunity requires the management of both our internal workforce and our ARPs/ASPs. In this role you will be responsible for translating the global, Market Area, and ANZA Network Operation level strategies into a Build level strategy and driving your organization to meet the strategic objectives. Acting in accordance with the respected Ericsson Leadership Framework, the successful candidate will promote the organization's corporate values, ethics, and culture, driving optimum performance.

What you will do:

  • Governance and reporting across Build portfolio
  • Translation and execution of strategy
  • Communication planning and execution across the organization
  • Cost center monitoring, management and reporting
  • Human resource monitoring and management
  • Competence management
  • Talent planning
  • Drive social engagement and team morale
  • Escalation points for all critical operational issues relating to portfolio
  • Represent Build in relevant governance forums
  • Process and cost optimization
  • Drive accuracy of costing and scoping within presales
  • Reporting and engagement with MOAI Head of Optimize
  • Planning and execution of work incl risk management, change and financial performance to ensure delivery excellence
  • Drive Performance Management for the Unit to achieve objectives
  • Responsible for adherence to BA Service Delivery strategy and global Processes, Methods, Tools to ensure compliance
  • Manage Unit succession planning to secure business continuity
  • Ensure service delivery execution as per defined KPI/SLA/targets
  • Identification of add-on-sales and new business opportunities to support Sales

The skills you bring:

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) as a senior leader within the Telecommunications industry, preferably within the RAN network rollout domain
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) managing technical service delivery organizations either as a direct manager or project manager
  • Experience working in a project environment (presales and execution)
  • Training and awareness in local statutory HSE requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial & commercial thinking
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Strong and structured communicator
