We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Workforce Advisory team in our Sydney office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with both local and national clients across a breadth of workforce related projects.

The Role:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating business transformations, driving strategic change initiatives, and enhancing change capabilities within client organizations.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management and/or learning

Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations

Develop proposals and tender responses

Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations
Key Responsibilities

Utilize expertise to manage and deliver projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organizations.

Drive strategic transformation and change agendas, build change capacity, and implement effective change solutions for clients.

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Be an active member of the practice, fostering integration and high performance within the team.

Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.
What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prosci ADKAR Model certification or an equivalent change management certification is highly desirable.

2-5 years of experience in change management, preferably with large-scale organizational change experience.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
-
Demonstrated experience in change management strategy, readiness assessment, communication planning, and user experience solutions.
