What's on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with a Senior HSE Advisor for our growing Rouse Hill project team within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. The project is for our client Sydney Water and includes a major upgrade to the existing treatment plant. The scope is multi-disciplinary with civil/ structures/ pipework/ mechanical and electrical, so ideally candidates will have a range of experiences and be keen to learn and challenge themselves. In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing processes required for safe and efficient delivery of works
  • Assist with meeting training needs for all personnel
  • Help the wider team to maximise the use of HSEQ applications
  • Be the conduit for contractors during prequalification and onboarding process
  • Validate HSEQ data for use in reporting and continuous improvement decisions
  • Promote health and safety policies and procedures to all personnel.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Relevant Qualification in Health and Safety is highly regarded
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry is highly regarded
  • Have a current driver's license
  • Construction White Card
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Current First Aid certificate
