Gold Fields is a globally diversified gold producer with nine operating mines in Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Peru, Canada and Chile.
Gold Fields' mining assets in the Australia region include a 100% interest in the St Ives, Agnew and Granny Smith mines and a 50:50 interest in the Gruyere JV project with Gold Road Resources.
Role Details:
In this technical leadership role, as an ESG Sustainability Systems and Analytics lead within the Sustainability team, you will contribute to the sustainable operations of the company and ESG governance and disclosure to our stakeholders.

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract until December 2025, on a 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office. For this role, we will consider full-time, part-time or job share options.

About the role:

Contribute to the development and implementation of an integrated sustainability management system

Contribute to the development and implementation sustainability data governance framework

Identify and support facilitation of system automation improvements

Consistently demonstrate and reflect behaviours, actions, and attitudes in line with the Gold Field’s Vision, Values and Code of Ethics. Actively promote Gold Field’s policies, procedures and systems relating to your area of responsibility.
About you:

Tertiary qualifications in sustainability, data analytics or related discipline.

Proven experience in a analytics role, sustainability management systems and preferably within the resources sector.
