Senior Client Relationship Manager
Stake is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).
We’re an Australian investing platform on a mission to help ambitious people confidently grow their wealth. By offering seamless, immersive access to the share markets, Stake has grown fast from a fintech startup into a robust financial services company with even bigger plans. Ambition defines our customer base as well as our team. Our working environment is energetic, collaborative and supportive. Stake’s internal mantra is ‘never settle’ and everyone is encouraged to take ownership and challenged to deliver high-quality execution.
This role is your chance to contribute in making a lasting impact on the financial security of thousands and thousands of Aussies and Kiwis.
About this role
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will drive and own the full-cycle Stake Super high touch onboarding process, committed to delivering the utmost professional and exceptional experience for our customers.
A key part of the role will be in maximising onboarding conversions by guiding new customers along their SMSF administration journey, from initial discovery to consideration and through to establishment (or transfer), if the customer decides it’s right for them.
- You will demonstrate your proven experience by artfully uncovering pain points, breaking down obstacles and communicating the Stake super value proposition, framing key benefits while tailoring your message for resonance in every interaction.
- This is truly a fast-paced role where you will need to hit the ground running and quickly become a product expert, a source of knowledge and a Stake Super product specialist who our customers can rely on.
- As part of this role, you will spend a large majority of your time on the phone (discovery sessions, follow-ups & onboarding support where required) or crafting tailored emails to potential customers of Stake Super as you assist them through to conversion.
- You will have a data-driven mindset, responsible for tracking and monitoring trends across the entire-high touch onboarding process, with the ability to draw meaningful insights and translate these into actionable suggestions to inform the wider growth strategy.
- As a lead with full ownership, you will be accountable for continually optimising the art and science of the high-touch onboarding process, overseeing conversion, efficiency and dynamically prioritizing your workflow as required to support growth and scale of the function with a view to managing a team in the future.
