About You:

You will have a growth mindset, a knack for creating connections and see this role for all its potential. You are experienced in leading, designing and implementing organisational development and L&D strategies and projects to delivery and monitoring for ongoing success.
About the role:
This space will be yours to own and grow! Starting out by establishing an organisational learning and development team you will focus on capability building for the future and an overarching L&D strategy encompassing people and team development, talent and succession and early carers frameworks. Establishing an overarching organisational approach and creating strong connections to our aspirational culture is required.
