Salary range starting from $149,686 plus super

About You:

With extensive experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager, you have a strong background in managing ITIL processes and ITSM platforms within large enterprises. Proficiency in enterprise-level ITSM solutions, especially ServiceNow, is highly desirable. You are skilled in documentation, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. As a dynamic leader, you excel at supporting and nurturing your team’s growth, bringing a positive and proactive approach to your role. You thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrate quick thinking, and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture. While project management experience or qualifications are beneficial, your potential to make a significant impact on IT at Hydro will set you apart.

About the Role:

As the new IT Service Delivery Lead, you will spearhead operational excellence by refining, integrating, and providing strategic guidance on ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Your primary responsibilities include fostering collaboration across IT and with business units to ensure an impeccable Service Portal experience via ServiceNow, supporting the IT Operations team on various initiatives, and continuously enhancing ITIL service operations. Additionally, you will oversee capital budgets, optimise operational expenditures, and lead a proficient and dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will uncover new opportunities to bolster IT's role as a vital enabler for Hydro Tasmania's future.
