HR Support Analyst
Provide analytical and administrative support to Hydro Tasmania’s People and Capability team.

Salary Range from $89,558 - $110,146 Plus Super

About You:
You’re driven by a passion and have experience in data and analytics. You will also bring:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Experience with excel and analytics
- Experience with generating and analysing HR reports
- An ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
About the role:
In this highly valued role, you will maintain and analyse HR data to generate insights on employee metrics, turnover rates and other key HR indicators. You will provide analytical and administrative support to the People and Capability team while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of HR functions and enabling data-driven decision-making for the team and business.
