Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive strategy and achieve exceptional results? In this role, you will take ownership of customer acquisition, retention, sales, and service, ensuring smooth alignment between front and back-office operations. You will inspire and lead high-performing teams across business development, account management, customer success, and support to drive growth, protect key relationships, and maximize revenue.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client needs.
Leading the end-to-end customer journey, driving strategies for acquisition, retention, sales, and service.
Achieving revenue and profitability targets through growth in new and existing clients, including RFP evaluations.
Strengthening strategic capabilities across sales, account management, and customer success for consistent delivery excellence.
Defining and championing a customer value proposition that fosters service excellence and lifecycle growth.
Providing leadership and performance management to high-performing, engaged teams.
Driving NPS improvements through outstanding client engagement and support.
Collaborating with marketing and communications on thought leadership initiatives, including acting as a spokesperson.
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding commercial, customer, and user expectations. You will be adept at identifying market trends and aligning them with strategic business priorities, with in-depth knowledge of the Wealth Management and Financial Services sectors. Your experience will include defining and executing strategies that drive business growth and achieving strong financial outcomes.
You will bring strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, senior management, and clients. You will have a history of leading high-performing teams, focusing on talent development and continuous improvement.
A customer-centric mindset is essential, with the ability to understand and shape client needs, create distinct value, and build lasting relationships. You will also be forward-thinking, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to drive ongoing success in an ever-evolving market.
