About the role

The Operations Coordinator (OC) provides multi-disciplined support to the Business Performance Manager (BPM) and is an integral member of Gas markets Business Performance Team

Key Responsibilities include:

  • You will be main point of contact within the Business Performance Team to coordinate complex and multi-discipline business and operational tasks
  • Support the safe and reliable delivery of midstream services to meet customer needs while maximizing cash generation
  • Support a culture of continuous Operational Excellence through strong commercial, technical, and operational Risk Management
  • Implement best practice Process Safety across Jemena’s operating assets, including office-based employees and field-based personnel
  • Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams including Commercial, Engineering, Operations & Maintenance
  • Hydrocarbon operations experience with deep understanding of Risk Management
  • Understanding mid-stream Commercial arrangements and processes

About You

  • Graduate qualification in science, engineering, commerce, finance, or business management equivalent operational experience in a similar/relevant industry (desirable)
  • Experience working commercial/production/operational work environments
  • Knowledge of Operations Excellence Management Systems, including their implementation, stewardship and governance
  • Broad awareness and familiarity with key stakeholders in a hydrocarbon commercial/production/operation work environment
