About the role
You will guide and support all Maintenance Planning activities, managing resources and fostering collaboration to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance programs across Unitised Program of Works within Electrical Distribution.

Key Responsibilities include
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Maintenance Planning team to achieve outstanding results through providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholder input to align Maintenance prioritisation and program completion seamlessly aligned with overall business goals
- Champion process improvements and best practices to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring maintenance priorities are in harmony with the broader business
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, manage risks, and develop strategies to continuously improve and drive enhancement of planning processes
- Providing clear visibility of potential risk scenarios and assisting in development of mitigation strategies
About You
- Relevant program management experience in utilities or related maintenance services (Overhead, Distribution Substation, and Zone Substation maintenance preferred)
- Demonstrated success in managing CAPEX and OPEX programs, balancing resources, and delivering within tight deadlines
- Exceptional people leadership and team-building skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements (Desirable)
- Proven ability to drive change, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and foster innovation
