We are currently transforming all our stores, have more new stores in the pipeline and recently we launched the Kmart New Zealand website!

With our new store in Napier due to open in March 2021 we are now looking for talented team members to join us on a casual basis. A variety of shifts and roles will be available between the hours of 6am to midnight.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing a first-class customer experience, who love being part of a big team and who want to join a great Australian and New Zealand retailer.

We are recruiting for Sales Assistants that may be required to complete the following tasks:

• Customer Service roles in our Home, Kids and Clothing departments
• Service areas such as registers
• Stock room receiving (decant) and backfill of product on shelves

Flexibility is a must as Kmart is open 7 days a week and from 8am – midnight every day. All positions may include weekend, evening and late night shifts.

Group interviews will be conducted on the 11th & 12th of January 2021 and roles will commence in February in preparation for the March opening.

Retail experience is desirable but we will provide you with all the training you need.
