The role:

Join the Knight Frank Asset Management team as a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support a portfolio of shopping centres in Redbank Plains. You’ll collaborate with the shopping centre marketing team on campaigns, reporting and administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general marketing support to the shopping center portfolio.
  
• Responsible for the creation & deployment of templates, approval of property press ads etc.
  
• Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns.
  
• Communicate with shopping centre tenants regarding marketing activities, sales collection and promotions.
  
• Review, proof & edit changes to marketing collateral, such as brochures and website content.
  
• Assist event coordination, project management & execution.
  
• Administration duties include invoices, meeting minutes etc.
  
• Make quarterly visits to other shopping centers.

• Availability to work Fridays
  
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or relevant work experience.
  
• High proficiency Microsoft Office suite. (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  
• High level of attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustration.
