The role:
As we continue our growth into 2025, Knight Frank Newcastle is seeking a highly detailed, organised and passionate Commercial Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager with Knight Frank, you will be well versed in dealing with multiple tasks and have demonstrated high attention to detail, based in our Parry Street Office, Newcastle West.
To be successful you will;
- Have experience in either commercial asset management or in residential property management with a developing knowledge of commercial leasing fundamentals, legislation, procedures and terminology.
- Hold qualifications as an Assistant Agent at a minimum and be working towards, or willing to gain a Class 2 Real Estate License.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Current driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends to access possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects.
- Strong Excel skills, excellent numeracy skills and be systems orientated with a high attention to detail.
- Previous use of Property Management systems / software is highly regarded.
- Ability to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highly team orientated environment.
- Experience in tenant and contractor liaison, rental collections, accounts processing and financial reporting/budgeting.
