Key responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue, secure and transact new listings
  • Provide sale and repositioning advice for a broad array of Healthcare and Life Sciences assets
  • Production of financial models to assess the value of said assets
  • Negotiate and transact the sale, and ad-hoc leasing of target assets;
  • Attending client meetings and site inspections, taking minutes and action points
  • Carry out systematic canvassing for new businesses and clients, and gain a sound general knowledge of the relevant market
  • Assist in the development of strategies to increase the department’s market share and improve profitability
  • Assisting with the coordination of sales and leasing campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material, reports, and presentations

  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to build effective relationships at all levels

  • Our reward platform “The Vault” which gives you access to a great range of discounts at popular retailers and supermarkets as well as lifestyle benefits and corporate discounts
  • Because life can throw the unexpected at us, we help subsidise private health insurance excess, if you or an immediate family member requires hospitalisation
